The study Zukunftsfähiges Deutschland in einer globalisierten Welt (A Sustainable Germany in a Globalised World) appeared in book form in autumn 2008. Going far beyond a simple stock-taking of the issues of environment, globalisation and justice, the study uses the latest quantitative data and innovative qualitative analyses to provoke a sustainability discourse in society and develop social models centred on ecology, fairness and environmentally compatible economics. The study goes on to outline the economic and social policy framework for a transition in Germany and Europe and explore the aspect of global responsibility. more |
